EasyComply provides notice, communication, and record-support tools. It does not replace court orders, probation terms, testing requirements, officer instructions, provider rules, attorney advice, or any other official requirement.
Subscriber responsibility
Subscribers are responsible for checking their obligations, reviewing notices, understanding requirements, and taking required action. EasyComply does not guarantee that a subscriber has complied with any obligation.
Service availability
EasyComply aims to provide reliable notice support, but delivery may be affected by phone carriers, email providers, internet service, third-party systems, inaccurate subscriber information, or other conditions outside EasyComply’s control.
Provider relationship
EasyComply is intended to work with relevant providers when provider participation is part of the service setup. Provider instructions and official program requirements remain controlling.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used to avoid obligations, misrepresent compliance, interfere with a program, harass others, submit false information, or misuse records generated through the service.
